Verizon blows

So Verizon messed up our account again but luckily it only took one night and an hour and half phone call to verizon support to get it straighten out. Lets recap why verizon blows...

In September when we got our phone number it worked fine except for the fact that we would get these random calls from people saying you called me? We would be like u? We didn't call you but they would say we just I just pressed redial and it called you. So we called Verizon to tell them our problem. They first thought it was our phone cuz it would somehow randomly call other people but once we convinced them that it obviously wasn't our phone they said they would fix it and they told us they did. But we kept getting calls like this but then we started getting calls from 911 saying we called them. The cops would come to our apartment and ask if anything was wrong and we would just tell them "Verizon sucks" or something like that. Usually we/our phone number would call 911 and hang up like a prank call so I assume protocol for 911 would be they at least have to go to the address where the number is listed at to check it out. So by this time none of us in the apartment would want to pick up the phone or would closely watch any cop car that came towards our apartment making sure it wasn't for us. The real clincher was that we hear this door bell ring at like 2am one night and of course its the cops. The cop says some women was calling 911 for help but didn't stay on the phone long enough to give her location so they can only use the address, which was of course our apartment. So basically some women really needed 911's help but they couldn't help her because Verizon's phone lines were f*ck up.

We finally decided to change numbers because we came to the conclusion that number was cursed or something like that. We also signed up for DSL with verizon and we asked that our DSL account be switched over to our new number. So they told us it was switched over or so they say. Two days ago we just randomly lose our DSL connection and get a notice from Verizon saying that we need to return our DSL model or get charged $175. So of course we didn't cancel our DSL subscription but verizon thought we did and shut off our DSL connection b/c we weren't paying for it. But we looked at our verizon bills and we actually did pay for DSL on one of our bills with our new number. So Amandine called verizon to clear things up and kept getting sent back and forth from department to department (talked to the cancellation department 3 times) to get everything straightened out. They told us it would take about a week for them to reconnect our dsl account to our new number but miraculously they did it in a day.

So verizon sucks...so many administration problems....can you hear by now?
